Q: Can I purchase your products online |
A: Of course. Simply visit the Products page and add the items you want to your shopping basket. When you've finished shopping go to the checkout and complete your purchase. You should receive your goods within 3 days, but we will let you know of any problems that may cause a delay. |

Do you provide boxes for you gifts? |
Yes in most instances, boxes are provides - we will notify you in any instance where the item is not provided with a box, we will package the item in a suitable box for you. |

How do I pay for my goods? |
You can pay by several means: We accept credit card payments online through our secure server; You can pay by credit card over the phone; or we can send you an invoice and you can pay by cheque or postal order. If you pay by credit card, your goods will most likely be dispatched on the same day. If you pay by cheque, we may need to wait for up to 7 days for the cheque to clear before we despatch your goods. |

How long does it take to deliver? |
Provide the item is in stock you should receive your goods within 3 business days of your payment clearing our bank. We will let you know if there is any reason why the delivery should be delayed, and you will be able to cancel the order for a refund. |

What if I don't like the item |
If the item is damaged, unsuitable, or not as described, you can return the goods to us for a replacement or a refund with costs to you. If however, you simply wish to return the goods without good reason, you must pay for the cost of the return. On satisfactory receipt of the goods, we will refund you the amount paid less any credit card surcharges and/or delivery costs. If the goods have been used or damaged in any way, we may deduct a reasonable amount from any refund due. |
